Larry Hutchison– Interim President
has over 35 years of domestic and international operations experience with United Parcel Service of America.  He is a significant investor in TA Capital Ltd, an investment management firm focused on early stage technology companies.  Mr. Hutchison received a BA in business management from LaSalle University.

Gusten (“Bud”) Brainerd – Chairman of the Board
Mr. Brainerd is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully founded or co-founded four companies, including two technology businesses. He brings 26 years of building and managing early-stage companies and organizations. Previously, Mr. Brainerd founded and operated EG Enterprises, a real estate development and construction company. His academic research focused on developing effective and productive intra-staff relationships based on classic management theories. Since inception, Mr. Brainerd has successfully raised $9.5 million of growth capital for the development of PetroBeam.

Walter J. Chappas, Jr., PhD – Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Chappas is a recognized leader in radiation chemistry and radiation processing. He has served as a consultant to the United Nation's International Atomic Energy Agency and as a technical advisor to the governments of Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and Ecuador. Dr. Chappas was appointed to the University of Maryland faculty in 1980, where he successively served as Director of the Electron Linear Accelerator Facility; Associate Director, Laboratory for Radiation and Polymer Science; and Director or Radiation Facilities. Dr. Chappas has co-founded several technology firms, including Allasso Industries (co-founded by Dr.’s Chappas and Brainerd). He earned his BA in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University and a MS and PhD in Nuclear Engineering from University of Maryland.

Douglas Warren, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Warren has been a practicing CPA since 1981, primarily in the areas of taxation, business valuation, fraud examinations and litigation support. Mr. Warren currently serves on several corporate boards including a publicly traded company and serves as Chair of its audit committee. He holds a BS in Accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan College.
