Larry Hutchison – has over 35 years of domestic and international operations experience with United Parcel Service of America. He is a significant investor in TA Capital Ltd, an investment management firm focused on early stage technology companies. Mr. Hutchison received a BA in business management from LaSalle University.
James Lehmann - is Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel of the Energy and Chemicals Division for The Shaw Group (NYSE: SGR). He brings over 30 years experience as general counsel in the petroleum industry. Mr. Lehmann led the team to spin out KBR as a stand alone public entity from Halliburton. He has been heavily involved in negotiating licensing agreements for technologies licensed to the petroleum industry. Mr. Lehmann received his BBA from Texas A&M and his JD from the University of Texas.
I.J. (“Ike”) Scott, III – is President of Scott Bridge Company, a Southeastern-based engineering and construction firm focused on bridge construction, rehabilitation, emergency response, pile driving, marine construction, and steel erection projects. Mr. Scott received his BE in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
George Stapleton, II – is Chairman of the Board of Directors of MegaWest Energy Corp. (OTC BB: MGWSF), an independent oil and gas company, specializing in non-conventional oil and gas projects with a focus on North American heavy oil. Mr. Stapleton has over 33 years of international experience in the offshore oil construction and service industry, project development, oil and gas exploration and production and energy infrastructure related projects. He is also a director of Valcent Products Inc. and E-T Energy Ltd. Mr. Stapleton received his civil engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jerry Strickland – is Chairman of RepconStrickland, Inc., a $400 million specialty industrial services firm that primarily engages in the upgrade, repair, and maintenance of mission-critical operations in the oil refinery industry. Mr. Strickland is also the founder and CEO of AltairStrickland, a field turnaround services firm to the refinery and petrochemical industry. He has over 35 years of experience in providing field services to petroleum companies. Mr. Strickland earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Douglas Warren, CPA – is the Chief Financial Officer for PetroBeam.
